Frogfoot FTTH High-Speed Promotion

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is available on new Frogfoot FTTH Access Home connections only. The promotion is valid for orders placed between 1 December 2025 and 28 February 2026, unless extended or cancelled by Frogfoot. The promotion applies only to selected high-speed Frogfoot FTTH packages, defined as the following speed combinations:

  • 120Mbps / 60Mbps
  • 120Mbps / 120Mbps
  • 240Mbps / 120Mbps
  • 240Mbps / 240Mbps
  • 400Mbps / 200Mbps
  • 400Mbps / 400Mbps
  • 1000Mbps / 500Mbps
  • 1000Mbps / 1000Mbps

Eligible orders will qualify for a 50% rebate on the Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) for the first three (3) months, calculated from the date the fibre link goes live. The rebate applies only if the promotion type “FTTH High-Speed Promotion” is selected at the time of order placement. Only fibre services contracted on a 24-month contract term qualify for this promotion. The promotion is available to new customers on the Frogfoot network only. Migrations, substitutions, speed upgrades, or changes to existing Frogfoot services do not qualify.

The promotion applies only to the specified qualifying products and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. The standard Frogfoot Access Home Service Schedule Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms. The Monthly Recurring Charge rebate amount may be subject to adjustment in line with Frogfoot’s annual FTTH price changes. A free installation rebate applies in accordance with Frogfoot’s standard installation terms. Orders placed outside the promotional period will not qualify, even if installation occurs during the promotional window. This promotion is not available in the following areas or networks:

  • Century City Connect (Think Speed)
  • Clara Anna Fountain (Think Speed)
  • DFA
  • Parkview, Johannesburg (third-party supplier)

Frogfoot reserves the right to extend or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion, subject to one (1) month’s written notice. Participation in the promotion is subject to availability and Frogfoot network coverage. All promotions are subject to Frogfoot network availability and standard service terms.
